Changes since V6.1.1.3:

• Internal cleanups in regards to ASF API swagger generation (@JustArchi #3343).
• ASF will no longer allow to run with invalid IPCPassword in regards to IPCPasswordFormat. Previously it'd silently crash during ASF API requests (@JustArchi).
• Latest ASF-ui with new features, improvements and bugfixes (@MrBurrBurr).
• Updated localization provided by our community (@JustArchi-ArchiBot).
• Usual amount of other core improvements, optimizations and bugfixes (@JustArchi).

Changes for plugin creators:

• Swashbuckle is no longer used for swagger generation. This might require from you appropriate code changes if you've previously depended on it, e.g. used it to annotate custom ASF API endpoints (@JustArchi #3343).
• Removed functionalities deprecated in the previous release (@JustArchi).
