TODO:

Adjust limits on new settings if necessary
Adjust mqtt topics if needed (currently set for minimal break by expanding current instead of changing it)
Could rename zigbee_ota_override_index_location to ota_override_index_location? Bit cleaner, but adds a breaking
Remove uri-js dependency
Frontend support for /update/downgrade & /check/downgrade
