Add a script to generate a PDF file

Add the makepdf.sh script that generates a PDF file from the markdown content.

Hi @igmar, thanks for your contribution. I really like it but before merging it some adjustments are needed:

• The generated PDF starts right away with "Chapter 1..." - would it be possible to add a proper "MSX2 Technical Handbook" and a short paragraph like "This document has been generated from the contents of (repository url)"?
• Some figures are cut, see for example figure 2.9; I think this is because the margins of the generated document are very big, could these be adjusted?
