Resolve [Bug]: KryptonRibbon lost its borders and 3D effect, becoming completely flat #2331
Changes to Office 2010 themes.
Restored the border style and 3D effect in the Krypton Ribbon (as it was in v85).
Adjustments were made to the Krypton Ribbon colors.
