WHY
BEFORE - What was wrong? What was happening before this PR?
As reported in #78 , elfinder wouldn't properly work if using any language other than the english default. The reason for that was a mismatch between "languages" and "locales" when fetching the array of available languages.
AFTER - What is happening after this PR?
It should work as expected.
I've fixed the key mismatch, and ensured the available languages are always available to be selected.
Is it a breaking change or non-breaking change?
It's non-BC but it requires to also update crud. One of the issues was with the ajax error frame.
