sorry for not being descriptive

this pull request brings a new option on config file that allows user to choose if crab-hole will answer client with nxdomain (no response) or zero (0.0.0.0 for ipv4 and [::] for ipv6)

you mean, what do I use crab hole for? just as a local dns sinkhole

No, I mean why you need/prefer a 0.0.0.0 response over nxdomain

Also, would it make sense to allow for the ip address to be configurable? If one would use crab-hole for a (semi)public DNS, they might want to provide a page that serves an this website was blocked page.

It'd be cool indeed, nextdns implements this afaik
