Refactor scriptpack

[SaintWish]

• Use STL filesystem instead of thirdparty libraries.
• Process scripts on the fly instead of writing them, which means less file IO.
• Redo the script cleaning to be overall better and simpler.
• Simplify the entire internal process.
• Switch from TCLAP library to cxxopts
