Data loading fix

Switching Data set issue

• High Chart contains the previous model - (From the first click data is loaded. From the second click chart is rendered.
• Google Chart contains a fix that is handled from Chart Services level
• NVD3 is updated with Controller level fix.

Issue remaining in here is that though view model is updated some parts will not be updated (But browser re-sizing will give the correct out come)
