This PR adds two new resources:
Both resources provide valuable additions to the obsidian community - Craft Engineer's garden focuses on software engineering, leadership & team management, and productivity topics, while the Obsidian Gallery serves as a great compilation of digital gardens specifically built with Obsidian.
