A MATLAB code to read Leaf Area Index (LAI), Latitude, Longitude from LAI-2200C files and export it in a CSV file
This is a simple code written in MATLAB to read LAI files recorded in a LAI-2200C Plant Canopy Analyzer; export LAI, Latitude and Longitude for each measuremnet; and save them in a CSV file.
Here is a sample file generated by LAI-2200C Plant Canopy Analyzer:
