About The Project

Shoot ME is a 2 players 2D-top-down shooter game that:

• Features multiple elements like bonuses and teleporting black-holes 1
• Has a stylish menu with multiple functionalities
• Has multiple maps, from desert to lakes
• An ever-expanding set of characters for the players to chose from

Built With

Code is written in:

• Java 23 with particular attention to the use of Java Streams and functional programming
• JavaFX 23 for the GUI part
• Maven project

Getting Started

The usage is straightforward, just follow these simple commands:

start the project in IntelliJ
launch the Main Class
