Added the online view as a LiveView.
The online view uses Presence to keep track of the state of the character, but it has some problem:

As soon as the user exit from the live view page (the Elixir process) the online list excludes them, even if they don't open another chat (Investigate how to implement the online view alternatively #20).
Presence is supposed to fire PubSub event by itself, but it doesn't, a manual PubSub broadcast was needed to notify automatically users in the Online page. (Presence doesn't broadcast with PubSub automatically #21).
