feat: connectWith method and playground updates

Explanation

Adds connectWith to enable connecting with a method invocation as it existed in the legacy SDK.
Also updates the legacy-evm-react-playground to support this method.

Testing:

1. yarn && yarn build
2. yarn workspace legacy-evm-react-vite dev
3. click connectWith; it should connect and prompt a self send tx w/ 0 amount
