Add note to Multichain API reference to clarify that MM implements older version of CAIP-25. Wait till ChainAgnostic/CAIPs#367 is merged.

  • Reference page notes: In wallet/reference/multichain-api.md:
    • Change tip from "Experimental" to "Notes".
    • Add bullet noting MetaMask implements an older version of the CAIP-25 Multichain API specification.
