Note

Adds comprehensive ERC‑7715 documentation (concepts, guides, API/actions, permissions), updates navigation and Flask requirement, and removes 0.10.x versioned docs.

• Docs: ERC‑7715
  • Add concept page (concepts/erc7715.md) and end-to-end guide to execute on a MetaMask user’s behalf.
  • Add permissions guides for ERC‑20 and native tokens; introduce permissions reference and Wallet/Bundler Client actions (requestExecutionPermissions, sendUserOperationWithDelegation, sendTransactionWithDelegation).
  • Update related guides (configure toolkit, smart accounts) and add delegation utilities (e.g., disableDelegation) with a new "Disable a delegation" guide.
• Docs: Delegation & Smart Accounts
  • Revise delegation concepts, scopes, caveats, and client references; add “check delegation state” via CaveatEnforcerClient.
  • Improve function call/ownership transfer scopes and examples; add keywords/clarifications across pages.
• Navigation/Structure
  • Update sidebars to include ERC‑7715 section and reorganize guides/reference under v0.13.0.
• Requirements
  • Bump MetaMask Flask requirement to 13.5.0 where applicable.
• Cleanup
  • Remove legacy versioned docs (version-0.10.1, version-0.10.2) and related sidebars/versions list.
