Document Infura support for Celo Sepolia

Documents Celo Sepolia RPC/WebSocket endpoints and removes Alfajores endpoints and its deprecation notice.

  • Docs: services/get-started/endpoints.md
    • Celo:
      • Add Testnet (Sepolia) endpoints for HTTPS and WebSocket.
      • Remove Testnet (Alfajores) endpoints.
      • Remove Alfajores deprecation info block.
