Replaces Celo Alfajores testnet with Celo Sepolia testnet in the Embedded Wallets connect blockchain docs, updating tab, identifiers, and endpoints.

• Docs update in embedded-wallets/connect-blockchain/_general-connect-blockchain/_celo.mdx:
  • Replace Alfajores testnet tab with Sepolia (value: "sepolia", label "Sepolia Testnet").
  • Update testnet details:
    • Chain ID → 0xaa044c
    • Public RPC URL → https://forno.celo-sepolia.celo-testnet.org
    • Display Name → Celo Sepolia Testnet
    • Block Explorer Link → https://celo-sepolia.blockscout.com/
