fix: update stale example lockfiles to resolve tar and qs vulnerabilities

Summary

Regenerated the example lockfiles (examples/using-domains/ and examples/express-sample/) which were out of sync with the root node_modules.

Vulnerabilities resolved

• tar (npm): Arbitrary File Read/Write via Hardlink Target Escape (Bump minimist from 1.2.5 to 1.2.6 #126) — updated from 7.5.6 → 7.5.9 (fix requires ≥7.5.8)
• qs (npm): arrayLimit bypass in comma parsing allows denial of service (Bump path-parse from 1.0.6 to 1.0.7 in /examples/express-sample #118) — updated from 6.14.1 → 6.14.2 (fix requires ≥6.14.2)

Changes

Lockfile-only changes — no source code modifications.
