This PR removes the release analysis prompt (not the tool, just the prompt).
The prompt was doing some things well, but was over-engineered and probably too specific.
The existing release analysis tool is working very well as a good starting point for a conversation. I think we should revisit the prompt but with more knowledge of what exactly it should accomplish.
