- Update .gitignore to include .envrc file. - Modify Polkadot upgrade prompt template to clarify PRDoc terminology and add new columns for Migrations, Host Functions, and Runtime APIs. - Revise analysis report structure to include detailed sections for migration requirements, host function impact, and runtime API changes. - Update the PR labels mapping structure to include titles and descriptions for backwards compatibility. - Implement parsing for PRDoc YAML to extract titles and descriptions, ensuring backward compatibility with existing data.
