Please describe the feature
As a user, I want documentation that is on par with the version of the sda-cli I am using so that I don't get frustrated when my instructions do not work because because they are out of date.

Acceptance criteria

  • Readthedocs page with versioning on par with sda-cli releases

Additional context
Code is similar to what we have in neic-sda but with versioning.
