Another test may create a subtask, so don't expand recursively, to match the expected count.
Where appropriate in forms, allow the user to select locations and tasks through the hierarchy.

Similar to tasks, when adding an advanced search filter for locations, allow the user to select locations through the hierarchy.
Also, in various forms where approriate, users can also select locations and tasks through the hierarchy.
