Description
This contains a version of Rich Neale's Blocking POD (blocking_neale_nb) written in a Jupyter Notebook using ESNB capabilities. It can serve as a model for new developers to follow until the MDTF has a true example notebook.

How Has This Been Tested?
Run on NCAR machine only (Casper), using VS Code Jupyter interpreter, not through the MDTF framework.
It refers to data only available on the NCAR machine because it is not yet a fully-operational POD, it is just a model that users might follow

Checklist:

  • [x ] My branch is up-to-date with the NOAA-GFDL main branch, and all merge conflicts are resolved
