Description
We ran out of funding on Azure cloud so we have switched to a Google Cloud Cluster for this repository CI. This pull request is including updates to the paralleworks runscripts for CI. I will also be adding in a test in this PR, but that is not ready yet. This is technically a draft but I will not mark it as a draft so that the CI will run.
