… version to latest also added doc strings to src/lindistflow/extend.jl the LinDistFlow API has changed could model the SOS constraints with integers to remove SCIP but might want to consider switching some integer constraints in REopt to SOS now that more solvers support them

welp, SCIP doesn't work on Windows. I will have to get back to this later. |

The LinDistFlow API has significantly changed. This PR updates the methods for integrating REopt with the LinDistFlow model.
