Error while loading a custom environment

Hi,

I downloaded a online 3D model and load it using MobilityGen but I encountered this error

2025-07-16 09:34:08 [33,305ms] [Error] [rtx.scenedb.plugin] MirroredBall environment format not supported yet.

Is that an unsupported feature of MobilityGen or one of IsaacSim?
