Allows multiple gRPC endpoints for different versions of the same service. This is for when we we don't want to create multiple extensions of
GrpcConnectionPlacebecause pre/post-processing is more or less the same across endpoints.GrpcConnectionPlacestill exists with the exact same use case of one single target.
