This replaces the
pajvlibrary with a newerajvlibrary, and then adds a script you can run withnpm testthat will run the validation.The next step I'd like to do is add a GitHub Action that will validate any commit to the repo, so if people send us pull requests we'll be able to tell if they're valid YAML.
