testing out some added functionality to the CI that selectively chooses what to run rather than the full make html every time

adding a smarter approach to determining which parts of the docs to re run on each commit
done a change to an example so that we can see a re-build be triggered by it
(this is also trying a fix on the example erp plots which currently do not look right)
try to fix an error in the workflow file appearing in 'annotations' on the CI summary. the docs workflow is not being triggered.
modify filename pattern back to what it was when full build is triggered

trying to remove `import muselsl` error coming from running example `00x...`

note, the caching thing used here might also be worth using with the python wheels build as it takes a long time
