QUnit renderer

[NullVoxPopuli]

I tried a demo in the VanillaJS mode, but ran in to issues.

Turns out, in order to ship this, we need these things from QUnit:

• From: https://mastodon.coffee/@nullvoxpopuli/115403623653478066
• a way to:
  • Stop currently running QUnit
  • Reset QUnit state entirely (because module/test registrations will change)
