16.0 [ADD] account_ledger_entries - new module

This module adds a menu item to access accounting ledgers, enhancing navigation and management of financial transactions. It also modifies the accounting move line view to display the cumulated balance.

On the other hand, it would be great to include a smart button in the contact's tab to directly show the account ledger by company for that contact.
