We’re evaluating a migration path from the helpdesk EE to the OCA helpdesk stack for several customers currently running in production on v16 and v18
Before diving into the migration, we’d like to know if anyone has already gone through this type of data migration and would be willing to share feedback or scripts used to migrate tickets and related objects (stages, teams, tags, etc..)
We’re also interested in knowing if there are key features present in EE that are missing in the OCA ecosystem and should be considered before the switch
