New carrier API that's replacing the legacy one, which will be discontinued on 2025. TT40935
- Pass the right environment to the RequestAtlas object - Simpify request/response logging TT50687
Don't send `False` as email value or the API will reject the request. Also: document the charges key options. TT50687
