Port module date_range_account from Odoo 14.0 to 15.0.

Changes:

Bumped __manifest__.py to version 15.0.1.0.0
Added "application": False key
Kept dependencies on account and date_range
Left XML views and access rules idèntics (no hi ha camps nous ni renombrats)
Updated PO translation file for Català (ca_ES)
