Added support to mark items completed in a todo list

• complète réparer le volet dans tâches
• compléter réparer le volet de la liste tâches
• marquer réparer le volet complété dans la liste de tâches
• marque réparer le volet comme terminé dans tâches

I am working on a PR on HA core to add the ListRemoveItemIntent intent, perhaps it is worth waiting for it, to differenciate "remove / supprime" and "check / complète"

Stripped down to only the "complete" intent, I will open a new PR for "remove" once the intent is added to core.

I pushed a fix, sorry I cannot run unit tests locally, I have alot of errors when starting the devcontainer.
