Remove ambiguous we usage in FAQ section per ticket requirements.

Describe changes:

  • Replaced ambiguous "we can discuss" with "feel free to open a discussion" in README FAQ
  • This addresses ticket quic: Add QUIC App Layer - v8 #6406 requirement to remove "we" usages that refer to users
  • Change improves clarity by making it explicit that users can initiate QA improvement discussions

Provide values to any of the below to override the defaults.

  • To use a Suricata-Verify or Suricata-Update pull request,
    link to the pull request in the respective _BRANCH variable.
  • Leave unused overrides blank or remove.

Hi @inashivb thank you for the feedback. It was an initial challenge I faced locating where to make the exact changes. Thanks again for the guidance.
