* Raise default array length limit to 16 MiB * Refactor array handling in BytesMarshaller to use element count instead of length
* Add bounds checks for readUtf8 methods * Update expected string length in NativeBytesStoreTest for accuracy * Refactor RandomDataInput to use offset directly for byte reading and buffer checks
