This is a patch release of ervx pipeline.
What's Changed?
- Gene fusion calling with arriba has been disabled. Please use the latest version of the rna-seek pipeline if you would like to perform calling fusions with the
--call-gene-fusionsoption. - The number of retries has been decremented for global re-submission of failed jobs.
- The snakemake report generation feature has been disabled due to a recently changed proposed by the vega-embed team.
