Code to generate sea surface temperature (SST/tos) and sea ice concentration (siconc) boundary condition data for the AMIP (Atmospheric Model Intercomparison Project) experiment as part of CMIP6, CMIP6Plus and CMIP7 phases and the input4MIPs project.
The latest generated data can be obtained from the ESGF2-US data portal
The code depends upon the following packages:
- xCDAT 0.9.1+ (Available through conda-forge)
- CMOR 3.11.0+ (Available through conda-forge)
- gfortran 14.2.0+ (Available through conda-forge)
- Python 3.11.13 (Available through conda-forge; Not latest due to unsolved Meson dependency with Python 3.12+, see mesonbuild/meson/issues#14830)
These packages and libraries are available for linux-64, osx-64 and osx-arm64 (x86_64) architectures
