First stable version release

IDS Android App first stable release. You can use it with an Android (10 or later) which can handle BLE connections.

Warning If you use an Android version prior to Android 12
The IDS App uses background tasks to connect to the Probes. There are complications with some smartphone manufacturers killing background tasks, so please see https://dontkillmyapp.com/ to know how to allow your device to bypass these restrictions.
