I've updated the error message to: ValueError: Dataset missing CF compliant metadata for axes {'Y'}. Expected 'axis' attribute to be set on all dimension axes {'T', 'Z', 'X', 'Y'}. HINT: Add xarray metadata attribute 'axis' to dimension - e.g., ds['lat'].attrs['axis'] = 'Y' |
