Cleo Version 5.0.0 release

So I have realized the versions of cleo have been really, really messy. I have decided to merge dehoisted's repository into this one because the code was old, hadn't been updated and was quite honestly, trash.

Anyways, now that we got that out of the way. This new version of Cleo (made months ago, but wth lol) brings
quite a lot of new stuff to the table. The main feature being GOOD CODE. I will be updating cleo to 6.0 at a later
date, however for now, appreciate the effort dehoisted put into this version of cleo.

• Cleo Version 5.0.0, the best but hopefully not the last release of Cleo.
