A intermediate release with new wizard to try to configure initial platforms.
Some minor fixes, update on the initial theme.

Preparing to implement a scraper.
The Games DB, and some other databases will be consulted in the scrap process.

On windows, you can use the emulio.exe
On other platforms, for now, you can use the emulio.jar

Please, put the executable/jar file in a isolated folder. Some files will be created in the same folder of the main file.

You also need java to run.

Input config are now implemented.

Remember to put emulio.jar or emulio.exe in an isolated folder.
After you execute for the first time, you still need to configure the emulio-platforms.yaml. I have tried to keep a sample file there as a template, this is temporary, in the future emulio will open an wizard so it can configure everything that you need.

You only need jar, or exe file, the exe is for windows convenience, but a jre is still required, in the future I'll provide a jre bundled version for easy to use.
