fix #3
Add NL province code because in StatesDropdown.js which loads dropdown states for Canada, it's Newfoundland that is currently used (but that name is not the right one which should be Newfoundland and Labrador). So having the two should be ok for now and if WHMCS corrects it, it will still be ok.
