added a verifier that compiles and checks for correctness of the kernel (compare with reference kernel source from original kernelbench), uses Modal for live GPU evaluation, tested with a sample from the kernelbench-samples dataset (https://huggingface.co/datasets/ScalingIntelligence/kernelbench-samples).
