[WIP] 1554 - Move enumerations to core Part II

• Rename namespace specfem::connections to specfem::element_connections
• Rename namespace specfem::interface to specfem::element_coupling
• Move 'specfem::wavefieldandspecfem::displaytospecfem::enums`
