The build is failing with NoAvailableSource when trying to access the /envistor/ namespace via PelicanFileSystem. The OSDF cache servers for EnviStor are unreachable at build time. Can someone confirm whether the EnviStor namespace is currently available? Is this a known/transient issue, or has something changed with the cache configuration?

Similarly ChunkedEncodingError: IncompleteRead(6291456 bytes read, 971899008 more expected) in 04_SonarAI_Technical.ipynb. The connection is being dropped mid-download of mae_error_map.npy(~928 MB expected). I'm not sure if these failures are intermittent or persistent. Could someone from the OSDF Cookbook team chime in?

Hi all, it looks like the OSDF Origin backing the /envistor namespace disappeared from the data federation at some point. I've pinged the appropriate site admins to let them know.

That being said, this Origin is multi-tenant serving various projects at Florida International University. I don't know whether I'd classify it as the type of "permanently-reliable" infrastructure you'd want to base nightly builds on (although having these nightly builds act as a sentinel for when the Origin is flapping also isn't the worst)
