Hi, I'm Hosein

PhD student in Theoretical Physics at TU Darmstadt, trying to understand quark matter and neutron stars. I also enjoy coding and building things on the web.

What I Do

I'm working on my PhD focusing on:

  • Dense quark matter physics and the equation of state
  • Functional Renormalization Group methods
  • Neutron star structure

In my free time, I build interactive web simulations to help visualize physics and math concepts. Check them out at hoseingholami.com

Research & Publications

Working on dense matter physics in the context of neutron stars. You can find my publications on:

Research Code Repositories

  • TOV Extravaganza - Python toolkit for solving TOV equations and analyzing neutron star properties
  • Pressure Expansion - Mathematica framework for higher-order thermodynamic derivatives in mean-field theories

Technologies I Use

Research: Python, C++, Mathematica, LaTeX, Julia
Web Development: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js
Physics Viz: Three.js, HTML Canvas
