🐾 I am a fifth-year Ph.D. student at the School of Mathematical Sciences, Peking University, advised by Prof. Tiejun Li. Previously, I was a visiting researcher at Stanford University, Department of Genetics, with Prof. Xiaojie Qiu. I hold a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Xiamen University (also a second B.Sc. in Economics).
🔬 My research sits at the intersection of mathematics, computational biology, and deep generative modeling. I develop frameworks to:
- Reconstruct continuous cellular dynamics from single-cell and spatial transcriptomics data.
- Model perturbation-response dynamics to build virtual cells and explore cellular behavior in silico.
🌱 My ultimate goal is to enable predictive modeling of early developmental processes, creating virtual embryos to perform in silico experiments that complement or replace traditional wet-lab studies.
