Rebase and apply Joel's Q35 support patches from the Xen mailing list. See https://lists.xen.org/archives/html/xen-devel/2023-06/msg01431.html. This enables Q35 machine support in combination with the Qemu patches.

I see you combined 0619-libxl-Allow-stubdomain-to-control-interupts-of-PCI-d.patch and part of 0670-x86-hpet-Disable-legacy-replacement-mode-after-test-.patch (which is in upstream 4.19 already) into 0308-hvmloader-add-basic-Q35-support.patch. Looks like rebase error?

Yeah, my mistake. It should be fixed now.
